Our Story
A Brief History of Lee Allen Design
Born from a passion for creating handmade unique furniture and turning conceptual design ideas to reality. What started as a hobby turned into a love for the craft of building and designing that then blossomed into a career of creating custom furniture for customers. We founded Lee Allen Design (aka Sunshine lifestyle design) in 2018 as a platform to showcase and sell quality handmade products. Being realtors for 15+ years we see the latest model homes on a daily basis which has developed our eye for designing furniture that truly enhances the look and feel of a home. Shortly after we took our passion and love for design and building into home remodeling which has been our most exciting venture. We love to see the joy a homeowner has when the keys are handed to them for the first time, now we also get to have the pleasure of seeing the joy of a homeowner receiving a custom furniture piece or a completely remodeled living space. There is something special about knowing "that piece of furniture was made just for me!" or "this living space was recreated exactly how I dreamed!" How can I get an estimate?
Virtually or in-person. Send us photos and measurements of your kitchen via messenger and/or email sales@leeallendesign and we'll send you a 3D design and an estimate. You can also schedule an in-person estimate with our coordinator.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
Our typical estimates take approximately two days after receiving photos and measurements.
Can I change the proposed design if I don't like something?
Yes! You let us know what colors and style you prefer in your new kitchen. Our designer will be happy to change the design until you are satisfied with the look.
Do you work with other vendors to coordinate flooring with the kitchen design?
Yes! We help coordinate with flooring.
